SMG classification change

So it looks like the ASedan adhoc added the SMG to the restricted prep section, requiring a factory workshop manual be provided by competitors. This should allay fears that there is no way to tech an SMG 4.6L engine.

The way I read this, this change was to the Spec Line for the SMG in AS, NOT the INTENT section (as you suggested, which probably is the right place for it).

Now, the Spec Line calls the SMG an "RP car" which has WAY more mods, and the Notes in their Spec Line says they can't make any additional AS mods.

Sounds confusing to me. I agree with Scott. Which is it? If you just want them to carry a service manual, you can say that in their Spec Line Notes or in the Intent section.
