Did anyone else see the press release SCCA Board release today. This one sentence caught my eye.


Now onto the subject most of you I'm sure are concerned with. Sticker shock. I realize that this year's $950 entry fee is a significant jump over past years.

Combine that with $500.00 camping fee for me and my son to sleep in our trailer makes this race tough on us little guys.

I remember 10 years ago when Mid Ohio did camping for I think 50 bucks,
and came around at 2am to collect money when you were sleeping in trailer,
and realized the next year it didn't work, or maybe we got coupons ,

The big get bigger, the small get smaller, its the American way, anymore.

Did everyone get the refund email!!!! SCCA overshot their goal on the race so they are giving the extra profit back to the competitors. Isnt it awesome to be a part of a racing club and not a racing business!
