Quick research only shows one 17x10 wheel that fits GM off the shelf (and the offset is iffy) and only 2-3 for Mustangs. 17x10 is not a common size so I suppose they are just covering all the angles with the 10" thing. My point is that while 10" may technically be possible, you'll have to spend a fortune on custom wheels to take advantage of it for GM. Mustangs have the easy button of the RPF1 in that size

I agree, RPF1 rims are the easy choice for the full prep Mustangs until it comes time to pay. 16 x $285.30 = $4564.80. That's a lot of Hoosiers!

You could go with CCW or Forgeline. They are around $1400 each or Bogart's are around $800 each.

And 16 wheels seems a bit excessive. Can work you way up to that over time maybe. I've used the same 8 for years.
