It appears the only change is that you have to send in a receipt that shows you bought some Hoosier tires, unless I am missing something.

You're right Wheel, it is not a huge change and I understand that Hoosier is in the business to sell tires not give them away. The fact that they have a contingency plan for us back markers is a good thing and I thank them for that. I just wanted to let the AS community know that this year they need to buy tires before an event to be able to win tires at that event.
I wonder if they still have a separate tire program for the top guys and gals? BTW, I'm fine with that if they do.

We store used tires in the basement out of the cold to reuse at the start of the season. The Hoosier will keep its life as long as it doesn't dry out or get too cold.

So that means I can't win a new set of tires if I was running on tires
I had previously run. That seems like a pretty big downer to me.
