So based on these times and some other "discussions" I have seen elsewhere on this board recently, no one is running competitive times with Andy McD. Is that correct??

Andy (not McD)

Yeah. It's all because of his motor.

Track was a bit slow, Andy is a freak of nature.

I was p2 after am qual, Chris had issues, as did everyone else.

Was P4 for start, Andy, Dave, Ed, me, Chris.

I got blocked in on start, chris ripped past about 5 cars. He starts really well.

Took 5-6 laps to reel him in, then we nose to tailed the whole race. One lap, I passed him into 1, out broke myself into 5 and Chris passed me. Swapped positions twice more.

Chris was faster in carousel, I was getting better launches out of 14. The yellow at sf and 1 for the three broken and wrecked cars( t2 upside down in wall drivers left at track out) effectively killed the only spot I was faster.

It was a lot of fun. He almost lost it once, but made a big save, and I wasn't about to div bomb him then, since my F1 days are long gone.

Never saw dave or Ed, was told they were gapped and never really in contact with each other.

Hot track, my LF was badly blistered at the end.

Memory, they say,is the first thing to go, and I don't remember the second.

I passed Chris into 1, he passed me into 3, I passed him on the outside into 5, and he repassed me into 8.

Then we ran nose to tail. I also think I pushed a SM off the track tracking out of the carousel, but he was small, and light...... And I apologized to the driver, who realized I was nothing but a 2 ton ballistic missile at that point.
