I am out. Engine died. Really a shame as the car was coming around nicely.

Andy is the man.

Not sure why live timing was incorrect. Pam

The last lap was the ugliest conditions I have ever raced in, in 22 years.

2 laps of increasing sprinkles, then a monsoon. It rained so hard and so fast, cars were hydroplaing while coasting.

Chris and I both tried to throw the race away a couple of times, every time I touched the throttle on the back straight, the car pointed at a wall.

It ended up a wet, part throttle drag race up the front straight, with me ahead by about a car.

If it had not been for the sprinkles getting everyone warned, it would have been pretty ugly.

Saturday chris and I dragged to the finish, with Chris winning by half a car. If it hadn't been for the STU car that let Chris through in 3 then chopped me putting me off track both drivers left and right, I might have gotten him

Today's early checker was the right call.
