I think he was in 5th place, I was paying more attention to the T1 cars.

Thanks! I was lucky...
Practice & qualifying were wet on saturday, and sunday about an hour before the race it quit raining but the skies didn't totally clear. The track looked like it had dry patches during the formula car race, but I went out on rains because it looked like there were some darker clouds coming our way. I think all the other asedans went out on slicks except Fred Hetherwick. Luck was on my side as it was drizzling lightly while were on the grid and it seemed like it drizzled some more in the middle of the race as well. I had the pole with 2 t1 corvettes behind, followed by Steve Hynes in 4th. One corvette got by on the start and I followed him around for several laps before he pulled away. Some more laps later a GT3 Celica went by me in lap traffic, but did a 360 spin in front of me at the left hand kink entering the front straight. It would have been good video if I had a camera mounted. I didn't see any asedans in my mirror after the first few laps when wet tires seemed dominant, but late in the race Tom Toth (on slicks) made an awesome late charge and caught up to me on the last lap. Had there been one more lap I think he may have earned three more points...
I was very happy to see the checkered flag.
The new car still looks like a sleeper as I haven't had time to put some proper graphics on it, but here is a picture per your request:

Don't be so modest. 24 points after two races in the CenDiv is something to be proud of.

I'm still anxious to hear how that motor runs on a horsepower track in the dry!!

Congrats again,
