I realize there was some other kinda of race going on somewhere in Wisconsin, but-

I have to give credit where it's due to. "Fast" Andy Wilkin won the heralded and coveted CFR points championship @ Daytona 9/27/09.

Thanks to all, especially Mark, but I have to admit, I won the championship mostly by running the most races, I will have to do some serious work to run with the Camaro's that are around here, so far I have had no luck with them. And I won't even talk about how much faster Tom is than me, that's down right embarassing.

Let's at least see some larger AS fields in central Florida next year, this year, I think 4 was the highest car count I saw. If anyone in the central florida area needs help getting a car back together, PM me and lets talk, maybe I can help, or at least encourage you!!

Oh by the way Mark, bring it on baby:D

Well Andy I would have gladly raced with you had Edelbrock sent my heads back!

Sean,

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but my racing with you usually means me watching your tailights fade in the distance. You are one of the Camaro's that have been giving me so much trouble.

I hadn't heard back from you on the heads, what happened this time?? I was considering buying some, but after all of the troubles you have had, well ..............

I am curious to hear what happened.

Andy

Congrats Andy!! Maybe we can get some track time together this coming season. I never got the chance to get down your way this year but I plan on making a couple of trips this next year.

Pat,

Thanks for the kind words.

I see you did pretty well in the SARRC, second if I remember correctly. If finances and time allow (and the car stays together), I plan to run more SARRC races next year, so I am sure I will see you up there (and maybe down here to).

See ya out there:thumbsup:

Andy
