Here are the finishing results, not alot of play by play.

1. Tom Ellis, 1:38.198
2. Tony Broglin, 1:38.595
3. Dainton Brooks, 1:38.613
4. Jeff Werth, 1:38.597
Jeff got his clutch problems fixed Sat. night.
31 cars started, from the times it could have been a tight race, but with all the traffic, it spread out a bit.
Good job done by all.

Just a quick note, the Trans-Am pole was 1:19?

Yikes, that's as fast as a Formula Atlantic and about 5 seconds quicker than the GT-1 race lap record. Looks like Ellis reset his AS record. Here's a link to RA track records:

I thought that seemed a bit fast. According to Mylaps, TA pole was a 1:20.9.

not me! I was barely running the old ones! What a rough weekend. But got to meet some good AS folks!

Tom was running the new heads. When I spoke with him this weekend he said his car had more top end pull with them than the old heads.

Philip, Tom Ellis was running the new heads. Second race with them. I didn't see any major advantages over a good set of steels. Tony Broglin is running the steels, and as per the lap times everyone was close.
As we try different tracks, the choice may become clearer.

Chuck:

Thanks for the update. It is going to be interesting as the season goes on to see how the head thing works out.
